Polarity Therapy: Polarity Therapy involves the skillful application of bodywork using intuitive sensitivity to locate and help free blocked energy caused by distress on any level. Linda uses a gentle therapeutic touch with hand movements on and above the body restoring the bodies free-flowing balanced energy. In addition, Linda may use a creative combination of other bodywork styles such as massage, breathwork, stretching and vibrational healing. 75 min

Massage: Emanoel focuses his massage on movement to reduce restrictions and calm the body. Massage is beneficial in relieving deep muscle soreness and muscle spasms, as well as allowing an increased range of motion. Each session is geared specifically to your goals! 75 min

Polarity - Reflexology: Polarity Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet and hands to help pull off static, non-directed energy and correct the energy flow throughout your body. Energy stuck in these extremities relates to other parts of our bodies. Linda intuitively finds these blockages and then goes to the referred area to remove the blockage and balance the energy flow.

The word healing is used in the sense of regaining harmony and wholeness. LifeForce Energy Healing: LFEH may include Reiki, tuning fork therapy, polarity therapy, chelation (cleaning of energy) and chakra clearing and balancing. Each session is geared specifically for you! It is rooted in the principle that body is bioenergetic and seeks to maintain balance.
