Insurance Billing & Standard Fees
The pricing listed above is a special Time-of-Service Discount for our casual, self-paying clients. Because same-day payments eliminate the massive administrative overhead of insurance processing and multi-year documentation tracking, we are able to pass those savings directly to you. We also welcome Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards at the time of checkout, subject to your specific plan's approval guidelines.
Our clinic also proudly accepts Auto Insurance (PIP) claims for accident rehabilitation. For PIP cases, services are billed at our standard master medical fee schedule to cover specialized electronic coding, regulatory compliance, and required medical reporting. Please note that we do not accept general health insurance for massage therapy; we work exclusively with auto injury claims and self-paying clients.
